Deepwatch provides managed detection and response through its Guardian MDR platform, combining AI with expert analysts. NEXA, launched November 2025, adds six agents: Investigative, Narrative and Response agents for SOC work, plus CTEM, Detection Advisor and Ticket Analyzer agents that give customers natural-language access to findings. The service is SIEM-agnostic, supporting Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps, Securonix and CrowdStrike.
